Embarking on a journey that combines the thrill of the open road with the serene beauty of nature, my partner and I set off on a five-day, four-night adventure in Cambodia. Astride a Honda Super Cub C125, a motorbike renowned for its reliability and efficiency, the journey will traverse through the diverse landscapes of Mondulkiri, Ratanakiri, and Steungtreng provinces, culminating in the breathtaking spectacle of the Sopheakmit Waterfall. Mondulkiri Province, Cambodia


Day 1: Setting Off on the Honda Super Cub C125

The journey begins in the heart of Cambodia, with the reliable Honda Super Cub C125 as the chosen steed. The bike’s reputation for durability and efficiency makes it the perfect companion for this adventure. The first destination is Mondulkiri Province, known for its thick forests and rich biodiversity.


Day 2: Exploring Mondulkiri Province

Mondulkiri, with its rolling hills and lush greenery, offers a refreshing change of scenery. The day is spent exploring local attractions, interacting with the indigenous tribes, and enjoying the serene landscapes.

Day 3: Journey to Ratanakiri Province

The next leg of the journey leads to Ratanakiri Province. The roads are a motorcyclist’s dream, winding through stunning landscapes. Ratanakiri is home to some of the country’s most beautiful natural wonders, including the Yeak Laom Volcanic Lake.

Day 4: Steungtreng Province and the Mekong River

On the fourth day, the journey continues to Steungtreng Province. This area is a hidden gem, with the mighty Mekong River offering breathtaking views. The day ends with a relaxing riverside camp, under a sky full of stars.


Day 5: Sopheakmit Waterfall

The final day of the journey leads to one of Cambodia’s most stunning sights, the Sopheakmit Waterfall. Also known as the “Preah Nimith Waterfall,” this natural wonder is a sight to behold. The roar of the water and the misty spray provide a thrilling conclusion to an unforgettable journey.
